Aaron Noveshen

Aaron Noveshen

Aaron Noveshen has over 20 years' experience creating leading edge products and concepts for the food and beverage industry. A graduate of UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, he is an award-winning chef, a restaurant entrepreneur and a leading authority in food product development.

After 10 years of fine dining chef duties at restaurants including L'Orangerie, Alain Rondelli, and La Scene, Aaron co-founded World Wrapps Restaurant Co, a Nation's Restaurant News Hot Concept Winner the year of its founding.

Aaron also serves as the Chairman of the Board of the California Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, America's largest association and as a Director of the California Restaurant Association, the oldest restaurant association in the US. He is also President and Co-Founder of the award winning Restaurant Company, Pacific Catch Fresh Fish Grill, with locations in San Francisco and Marin County.
