Claire Montaut
Claire joined The Culinary Edge following the completion of a Masters in Food Industry Marketing and Management from Imperial College London, in which her focus on consumer research won her a faculty prize. Previously, she specialized in global advertising and managed accounts as varied as Kashi, Yoplait and Microsoft in San Francisco and London at ad agencies such as McCann-Erickson and Amazon Advertising.
