Connie's passion for food blossomed during her extensive travels throughout Europe and Asia after earning her degree in Sociology from U.C. Irvine. Upon returning home, her interest manifested itself in her enrollment in the well-regarded San Francisco City College Hospitality Management Program. In addition to her extensive HR and Accounting background, Connie has helped lead HR training programs for local San Francisco restaurants in her native Cantonese. She continues her culinary studies while supporting The Culinary Edge's administration department.
