Harrison's professional experience in fine dining is diverse in food style and in geography: it ranges from San Francisco's sophisticated Town Hall, to New York City's German cuisine stalwart Loreley and his early start at L'Ecole.
On graduating with a BA in Political Science from the University of Virginia, Harrison took a post as research assistant to a House of Commons Member of Parliament.
Harrison's time in Europe allowed him to further develop his love of food and on returning to the US, he enrolled at the prestigious French Culinary Institute in New York City. Graduating at the top of his class, his passion and rigorous approach to culinary creativity lead him to the test kitchen at The Culinary Edge.
