Heidi Larsen

After earning her BA from UC Santa Barbara in Japanese and Communications, Heidi moved to Tokyo where she lived and worked for over 7 years. One of Heidi's most notable positions in Tokyo was the VIP guest coordinator in the Park Hyatt, Japan's premier luxury hotel. In 2004, Heidi returned to her hometown and joined the management staff at San Francisco's top Japanese restaurant, Ozumo. Here, Heidi had the opportunity to expand on her extensive marketing and PR background in her position as the Director of Special Events. In addition to playing a key operational role at both The Culinary Edge and Pacific Catch restaurants, Heidi's passion and deep experience in the restaurant industry make her a key ingredient to the team's creative process.
