Molly began her culinary career working in the back and front of house of several notable restaurants including Blackbird, North Pond and Spiaggia before attending The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. After culinary school, Molly decided it was time to try the West Coast; this move brought her to The Culinary Edge, where she provides essential support as a Research and Development Chef.
A graduate of Northwestern University, Molly's experience is diverse. She began her career in project development, helping to plan and organize a day-long service event involving over 3000 volunteers. She then moved into the world of marketing, where she remained for three years until the restaurant world called her name.
When she's not working, Molly can usually be found in her kitchen, brewing her own beer, recreating the deep-dish pizza of her native Chicago, or building something large and sticky out of gingerbread.
