Stephen Goldmann

Stephen has solid operational and culinary credentials. He is a well-rounded chef and operator with a BA in Literature and a culinary degree from the CCA as his base. After the addition of further classical training in Europe and Asia, he used his training expertise opening restaurants in Paris, Sydney, and Shanghai. At Bon Appetit Management Company, Stephen developed new food concepts for leading corporate and educational accounts and was integral in establishing operations for new properties. Stephen's breadth of culinary experience has brought a creative and balanced approach to a broad range of multi-national clients.
