Steven Goldstein

Steven's expertise in strategic development of new food ideas, products and processes is built on over 25 years experience in the foodservice and consumer packaged goods industries. In roles ranging from Director of Culinary Services for The Schwan Food Company, to restaurant Chef de Cuisine to small business owner and to head of Creative Food Solutions, a division of The Food Group, Steven has facilitated targeted innovation, the application of creativity to brand strategy and the development of sustainable R&D processes that help clients achieve their growth and development goals.

Steven leads projects that provide services that link strategy and creativity with the finest culinary and operational development services, helping bring great ideas and concepts to life; delivering business strategies for operator and manufacturing clients alike.

Steven continues to serve in an advisory capacity for The Culinary Institute of America, having managed the creation of The Ventura Foods Center for Menu Research & Development at their Greystone campus in St. Helena, CA. and is a featured speaker at many industry events and conferences each year.
